When rapidly expanding restaurant franchise SOBE Burger needed a signage partner for their nationwide rollout, they came to us. Opening multiple locations across the UK—including Swindon, Leamington Spa, Edinburgh, and London—required a signage solution that was scalable, impactful, and, most importantly, completely consistent with their established brand kit.
For a franchise, brand recognition is everything. Whether a customer walks into a location in Scotland or the South West of England, the visual experience needs to be identical. Our challenge was to adapt their vibrant branding across a variety of different building types and environments without compromising on quality or consistency.
A Comprehensive Illuminated Signage Package To bring the SOBE Burger brand to life both inside and out, we manufactured and installed a diverse suite of custom signage, tailored to the specific needs of each site:

LED Neon Signs: To create that energetic, modern, and highly Instagrammable interior vibe that burger joints thrive on, we produced custom faux neon signage. This delivers the retro aesthetic of traditional neon but with the durability, safety, and energy efficiency of LED.

Custom Lightboxes: For high-impact street visibility, we manufactured bold, fully branded exterior lightboxes. These ensure the restaurants stand out on busy high streets, grabbing attention from passing foot and vehicle traffic.

Dual-Lit Acrylic & Backlit Signage: To give their main brand lettering premium depth, we utilized a combination of dual-lit acrylics and backlit (halo) illumination. This layered lighting approach ensures the logo pops during the day and creates a stunning, luminous focal point at night.
