    What are the dimensions available for custom neon signs?

    We can go up to 5 metres in size! After 1.5 metre we have to make in parts so for example if a sign is 3 metre we have to make it in two parts. But when installed this will seamlessly fit together to look like one piece.

    What Length is the cable cioming from the sign?

    The cable is 3 metres in total. 2 metres of this
    is a clear cable that exits the sign. From the adapter, the further
    metre is black cable that runs to the plug. 

    Need a longer cable? No problem! Just let us know and we can add an additional 1-2 metre.

    Will my sign come with warranty?

    All of our signs come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

    Can you sign be used outdoors?

    We can make our sign outdoor suitable (IP67 waterproof rating), but
    please let us know prior to order, as it requires a different process
    and an additional cost.  

    Can they be wired into mains?

    Yes! They will come with a plug, but this can be stripped by an electrian and wired into your mains.

    How long does it take to create and deliver a custom neon sign?

    From when you place an order, your light will be delivered within 7 - 9 days.
