From start to finish my experience with Little Rae was fabulous. I'm not particularly techy but the set up of the on line tool was extremely user friendly. The format was so easy and I especially appreciated being able to see my design in situ. So there was no anxiety on my part.
I asked for an addition to the original design and the designer contacted me immediately with the design. Signed off on it and delivered promptly.
My sister was delighted with her birthday present so thanks to all the team for a pleasant experience.

She recommended the dimmer control and boy was she right the sign is amazingly bright so it’s great for different purposes! Couldn’t fault the service or product. Sophie is a credit to this company!

Love my sign, which I use to showcase my services at wedding fairs since i purchased it in January. A few weeks ago the dimmer adaptor stopped working, after trying to find the right size adaptor online (I was just going to buy one from eBay or Amazon), and couldn't quite find the right size, I reached back out to Sophie to ask where she got them from so I could purchase one, and she popped another in the post free of charge. So thank you for that, totally unexpected.
